We don’t do habits for the sake of habits. We build habits to develop the skills required to overcome life’s challenges.

DESIGN PLAN

Our first few sessions will focus on creating a personalized habit plan tailored to your unique situation.

ACHIEVE RESULTS

1-on-1 coaching is designed to provide the support you need to accelerate progress and achieve results.

1-on-1 Coaching is ideal for people looking for …

1) Extra Support.

With 1-on-1 coaching, we work together to develop your personal habit plan.

Our work will focus on creating a personalized success strategy that addresses your unique situation.

2) Rapid Progress.

Instead of randomly choosing habits, hoping to get results, our work will focus on selecting the right habits and putting them in the right order.

We can also fine-tune the various habit factors that will accelerate the habit installation process.

3) High Accountability.

It’s amazing how much life pushes back on us when we decide to make a change for the better.

If you’ve been struggling with this alone, hiring a coach may be just what you need to provide the support and encouragement you need to make lasting change.

Is 1-on-1 Coaching Right For Me?

There are 3 things to consider when selecting a coach …

1) Their coaching style.

Every coach had a particular coaching style based on their training, experience and personality.

And every potential client differs depending on their life experience and personality.

This is why a 2-way intake interview is essential before starting any coaching engagement.

A 2-way interview allows you to interview me, and for me to interview you, to ensure we are a right fit for each other.

2) Their coaching skills.

These days, anyone can call themselves a coach.

And as a paying client, you want to ensure your coach has the knowledge, skills and confidence to support you on your journey.

I take my skill development very seriously.

I’ve achieved my coaching certification from the Adler School of Professional Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) training certification from NLP Canada, and Heroic Coach certification (Class V) from Heroic.

In addition, I’ve studied and practiced many other modalities, including hypnosis, BSFF, neuroscience, relationships, leadership, strategy, entrepreneurship, behavioural design and mindfulness.

3) Their real-life experience.

People usually start exploring habits for several reasons. You may be …

  1. Suffering from anxiety, brain fog, panic attacks, burnout, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, ADHD or other mental health challenge.
  2. In physical pain (sciatica, arthritis, headaches) or struggling with illnesses like asthma, diabetes, eczema, high blood pressure or obesity.
  3. Dealing with excessive sources of external stress: Money issues, relationship challenges (divorce, parenting, bullying), death of a loved one, high-stress job, or job loss.
  4. Looking at habits as a way to improve your life in some way: Productivity, work/life balance, goal achievement, job promotion, peak performance, skill development, purpose or meaning.
  5. A coach, trainer or therapist looking for ways to help your clients deal with any of the above challenges.

Remember, we don’t develop habits just for the sake of having them.

Our goal is to establish habits that can help us develop skills to conquer any challenges that come our way.

And I’ve personally installed over one hundred mindful habits to overcome many of the above challenges and helped others do the same.
